Restful...

My mother took our children for a couple days. It has been awesome to have quiet time in our house. Our children have only been away from us a handful of times in the twelve years we have been parents. Last night we went to Walmart and actually walked through the place without looking at a single toy. I really, really love my children but it is nice to have time to ourselves once in a great while. Last night we ate ice cream in bed and didn't feel guilty at all. Tonight we might even stay up past midnight!
