Sale shopping...

My parent's have always been fairly reserved when it comes to spending money. They have never wanted to money because they have always been conservative with their finances. For some reason now that they are retired they have decided to spend money much more freely. My father seems to buy anything that is on sale. It doesn't matter if it is honda seat covers or binoculars he buys it if the price is right. This weekend he brought us three pair of binoculars that he bought on sale. I have never had the need to use three pairs at once but I graciously accepted his gift. I just find it funny that they are now so free with their money after years of being so frugal.
