Grrr....

My wife has been trying since November to get her students loans with Sallie Mae placed under their income based repayment program. Each time she applies her application is denied. What is mind boggling is the fact that every time she calls she to confirm receipt of her application and that it is complete she is told that it is. She specifically asks if any further information is needed and is told that it is not. Then a couple of weeks later she receives a letter denying her application and telling her that some other information is needed and that she will have to reapply. It is CRAZY!!!! I am now convinced that they are purposely messing with her to prevent her loan from being processed into the program.
