Healthy...

We have been eating a Paleo diet for over four months. In that time my wife has lost over 20 pounds and looks great. It is so nice not to have her on the latest fad diet. I can't tell you how many times I have worried about apidexin side effects or some other diet pill. Eating well and exercising has been the only diet she needed. Essentially we gave up grains, sugar, and dairy. There has been no calorie counting involved. Our goals are to work out 3-6 times a week for thirty minutes. At this point I don't see what we are doing as a diet but rather a sustainable lifestyle choice. So many people say they could never give up grains but it isn't that hard if you really think about it. Just eat meats, vegetables, and fruit.
