Who are they?

There was a time when I considered myself pretty smart about various celebrities. This weekend on a whim I decided to visit a website I used to frequent that discusses various Hollywood celebrities. I have to admit that I didn't have a clue who just about 90% of the people on the website were. It didn't take me long to realize that I am completely out of touch with that aspect of the world. Most of the people featured looked young enough to still be worried about finding a new acne treatment and being old enough to drive. What exactly is Justin Bieber known for? I can't remember hearing, reading, or watching anything that he had anything to do with. Despite my lack of awareness of exactly what he is famous for it is apparently a newsworthy fact that he harassed his body guard by flying a remote control helicopter over his head in a restaurant.
