Slacking.

The temperature today is about 20 degrees colder than it was yesterday. I am very glad for the change because the humidity here has been terrible. I fully intend to do nothing today. Maybe I will lay on the couch with a pile of books that I have been meaning to get around to looking at. After that I might take a nap. There are a couple of things that I need to address but they can wait. It just feels too good to be able to sit and not have to mop sweat off my forehead. I am glad that we didn't follow our first inclination which was to go camping for the weekend. It appears that it would have been a pretty miserable and wet weekend. It is cold enough that we could even have a fire in the fireplace if we wanted to tonight. The first fire of the season is always a big even for my kids. A nice long weekend of doing nothing sounds pretty good to me.
