Man night.

My wife and children went away for three days this week. I would like to have been able to go with them but couldn't. It has been a long time time since I spent anytime alone in our house. I have to be honest and say that this was a nice break from things. I wouldn't want to have it be a long term thing but every so often it is good to just hang out with yourself. I was able to get a pizza with all the toppings that I really like and watch a movie that I had wanted to see for a while. To top off my night of "guy stuff" I finished a bottle of wine in the refrigerator and slept in the middle of the bed. Probably not the way most guys would choose to spend a few days by themselves but it worked for me. I did realize that I don't sleep as well by myself as I would have thought.
