Simple gifts...

This year we celebrated Valentine's Day in a very low key manner. My wife took me to the hardware store and asked me to pick out something I wanted or needed. I have to say this was nice because typically I end up receiving clothing or chocolate. For her gift I thought about looking into something like residential maid service durham nc but decided against it. Instead I spent time working on finishing the remodeling of our kitchen. I knew that she would much rather have a functional kitchen over any other gift I might surprise her with. As it turns out this was exactly what she wanted and was thrilled to see the progress I made on the project. There are times when surprises are nice but this was one of those occasions where practicality was perfect.
