Worth the drive

Tomorrow we heading out on another trek in search of fresh produce. This has been a terrible gardening season in our area. The availability of fresh produce in bulk has been scarce. We heard that peaches might be available by the bushel in a town about 80 miles east of us. I think it will be worth the trip as long as we don't break down and need emergency road service or something. Our only vehicle is getting older and I am a bit leery of taking too many long trips in it. If we can get a couple bushels of peaches for half the price of our local market it would be worth the drive. Getting home safely is my top priority but stocking the pantry would be a nice result of the trip.
