Goal setting.

This year I have made a promise to myself to get back into shape. I always think that is an odd term to use but it seems to be the best one for my situation. Last year around this time I broke my leg. It took me a while to get over the injury. I haven't been as active as I was before the accident. One thing I know I need to focus on is doing ab workouts because my pants are larger than they were last year at this time. The other thing I need to do is some strength training. My leg will likely never be as strong as it once was but I really need to rebuild some lost strength. I am now getting comfortable with walking on the treadmill and am almost back to a running speed. I really need to strengthen my ankle in order to be able to take the pounding stress that running would place on it.
