Not a new dog.
This week my wife and I had a great debate over my neighbor's dog. From a distance my wife was quite convinced that our neighbor had gotten a new puppy. The dog we saw running in the yard looked nothing like the dog we usually would see at her house. I told my wife that it had to be "Odie" because our neighbor didn't seem like the type of lady to run out and get a puppy. When we finally got to see the dog up close it was clear he had been taking some sort of slimming pill or something. There was at least 20 pounds less of him than there had been a few months prior. It turns out that the dog was found to be diabetic and that with the right medication and diet he has become a new version of himself. It is really neat to this what looked like a fat and sickly dog running around with a new spring in his step.
