Bigger and better

I work with someone who drives me just a little bit crazy. She is one of those people who has to have what everyone else in the office has only bigger and better. We recently bought a pop-up camper and within two weeks she had bought a camper. Of course her camper cost about eight times what mine did. Another person in the office mentioned having a motorcycle and within weeks this lady had one. She didn't forget to mention how hers came with one of those motorcycle covers and all these other goodies. This week I also had to listen to how her house is currently being remodeled and all new flooring put in. I can't help but wonder if this is somehow related to me mentioning we were ripping the carpet out in our house?
