I have to go with Mr. Perfect. He was my favorite as a kid. his gimmick was well...perfect. He had a silver tongue and possessed superb technical ability(second only to Bret Hart) I feel had he not hurt himself, and of course died, he would have definitely obtained the title. After these I would have to say Razor Ramon, Ted DiBiase, Bam Bam, Vader, Owen Hart, Piper, Davey Boy Smith, The Dynamite Kid, Jimmy Snuka, Ricky Steamboat, Tazz, Ken Shamrock......all of these guys plus many, many more.
