New Phone System

The place where I work is fairly small but has been growing consistently over the last few years. A number of really great upgrades have been made that have been incredibly cost effective for the company. The decision was made to switch small business phone systems and obtain a VoiP based system. VoiP based systems come with an array of built in features that enable us to do business much more cost effectively. I like the system at work so much I switched our home plan over to VoiP. Why more small businesses don't ditch archaic landlines based phone systems I don't understand. VoiP has freed up extra resources that my employer has been able to direct to growing the business which is good for all of us.
