Where did it all go?

Each year when I put our camping stuff away for the season I am very careful to pack it all away in one location of our house. For some reason it never seems to stay there and I feel like I am on a treasure hunt to find everything at the start of the new camping season. Right now I am looking for our trickle charger for our marine battery. I have found everything under the son including a cord cover and a long missing television remote control but have yet to locate the trickle charger. I really need to just designate an area of the garage to storing our camping gear rather than carrying it all to the attic. It somehow gets shuffled around in the attic when we are looking for other things during the winter months. I suppose this is just poor planning on my part but the attic always seemed like the logical choice.
