I hated Vista but 7 is okay. It doesn't seem to be as much of a resource hog as Vista and seems far more polished and streamlined, but it's still similar in style to it. I didn't use Vista a whole lot so I may be off my mark. It's doing a few annoying things that I'll blame on my drivers not being up to date, but I am okay with it. Not thrilled with the new Paint program though. I liked using the old one for simple things because it was simple. Now they've muddied it all up and made it too complex.
That's more than I can say for Vista which I went out of my way to avoid when I built my computer after they stopped selling XP. I've had XP for too long, though, so it's nice to finally have a change.
