Is it over?

Just about daily there is a news report that the recession is now over. Like everyone in the country I am sincerely hoping this is true. I would love to see the real estate market pick up. So many things seems to be reliant upon each other that growth in one area would equal growth in another. Sell houses and that puts long distance movers back to work. When you think about it growth in just about any area is going to be good for the country as a whole. It is just funny to think about how quickly this all seemed to start and now how quickly they are saying it is ending. You have to wonder how far in advance the experts foretold the future and no one listened?
