You may remember me complaining in a prior post about the state of my fitness routine. If this is not a familiar topic let me just sum it up by saying that as of today I have no fitness routine. I would love to find some time to workout but it just hasn't happened. I wish that there were something I could take like
ephedrine to give me a little edge but I just don't know enough about these products. Maybe someone out there who reads this could point me in the right direction? I just need a little boost on the path to better health to get me motivated to start working out again.
