More changes.

Just when I think I have my work benefits understood they change things. For the longest time I thought my insurer was something like Blue Cross Blue Shield NC but it turns out there are tons of BCBS plans. Our company is trying to cut costs and who I thought they were going to go with is entirely different from our old insurance. Now we will once again have to choose new doctors and go through that entire process once again. I understand needing to cut costs but what about the cost to the employee in time and frustration? I have to use work time to go and get established as a new patient because my old doctor won't accept my new insurance- UGH!
