Finlay to Legacy?

I was reading an out of character Randy Orton interview (although when referring to Manu he actually sounds in character) and Orton states that they are looking for another guy in a different type role to make it more balanced and more complete

I was wondering if Finlay could possibly play the Ric Flair role to the group, the experienced pro who could help with tips to the younger guys.

Apart of me thinks it would be a good role for Finlay, however with all the members already having won more honors than him in the WWE I'm not sure how it would look, that said, Finlay is already a trainer so helping coach Legacy as well as being the senior member I think it might be able to work.
