Who are they kidding
It's amazing the response a wrestler gets from the crowd when he, or in some cases she, gets hurt or busted open or falls from a two story building onto a flaming table. What I think is funny is the response they get from the so-called "medical staff" that are around ringside with their matching outfits and fake looking medical id. If these guys are legitimately hurt it probably doesn't help to be picked up and slammed onto a gurney as quickly as possible in order to keep the show on pace. The death matches are the funny ones where new forms of closing wounds are invented such as super glue or duct tape and the quickest way to clean off a bloody gash is with a garden hose in a tent after being handed a beer and a vicodin. It gets even more outrageous when some lucky guy gets to show off just how fast he can remove thumbtacks from from some guys head. Their technical prowess is just staggering.
