Tools Of The Trade

We haven't discussed what a Weapon Shot and it is something you frequently see in the ring. For those of you who don't know it is a wrestling move that occurs when the wrestler uses some sort of "weapon" in the ring. Some of the more common weapons used include chairs, guitars, folding tables, title belts, "kendo sticks", and trash cans and their lids. It seems virtually anything fair game from home furniture to instruments as long as a few simple rules are followed. Picking up the upper half the ring steps for use as a weapon is illegal, slamming an opponent into the ring steps is not considered illegal, though it is frowned upon.
