When buying a home it is very important to ensure that your agent truly has your best interests at heart. Having made the mistake of using an agent who was also not just a buyer's agent I learned the hard way. For example if I were looking for a Orlando Real Estate Agent I would only work with a professional buyer's agent with expert knowledge of the Orlando area. This person would work tirelessly to find the perfect home for my family. The last agent we used insisted on showing us only houses listed by him and really showed little interest in what we were looking for. Knowing that that my agent has a single focus is incredibly reassuring and I will only work with a buyer's agent in the future.
