A shoot interview is one that generally exposes the inner workings of the business. Some wrestlers will use this to talk trash about other wrestlers, some will use it to rant how jaded they feel about Vince screwing them over. As long as the wrestlers allow it, anything goes and sometimes they can get brutal as well as entertaining and informative.
